About Weave News: Weave News is an online, independent, grassroots media organization. We believe in journalism’s fundamental importance for democracy. Unfortunately, the content produced by establishment and corporate media outlets is too often framed in ways that reflect the interests of powerful elites, and this weakens journalism’s democratic function.
